Overview

Project Support team members provide administrative support to Brno SSC Director.

Responsibilities

• Gathers input from project team and works with FSSC Director to develop a Project Plan
• Provides regular status updates to stakeholders, shares consolidated view, schedules regular review meetings, captures meeting minutes and monitor follow up actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered timely per schedule
• Assists with coordination of deliverables and project assets. Acts independently to addresses minor issues and escalates complex ones.
• Assists Brno Finance Team to onboard the new processes, participates in initial Standard Operation Procedure preparation and initial setup of internal KPIs

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting, 3+ years of work experience
• Good knowledge of finance fundamentals from General Ledger and Reporting areas
• Good communication skills, including excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Good presentation skills, knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to prioritize effectively, good problem solving abilities, strong attention to detail, able to work under pressure and to handle multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong Excel and Word skills, knowledge of Oracle or Essbase is advantage
