We're looking for a talented Training professional to join us in a new role as we seek to develop the skills and understanding of our teams in the positioning and selling of new innovative technologies. Responsible for crafting and delivering sales process, methodology, and solution selling skill training to Zebra employees and Partners. As an Instructor, you'll be able to prepare, deliver, and reinforce Solution Selling engagements in a workshop environment, as well as events over the web and virtual modalities. This position also requires a person to understand and articulate at a high-level, Zebra’s Enterprise Asset Intelligence (EAI) vision, capabilities, business value, and offerings.
We're looking for someone with demonstrable experience in creating and delivering meaningful training within a technology sales organisation, ideally with some understanding of solutions sales and its methodologies. You'll have strong facilitation experience and excellent presentation skills along with a creative, flexible approach enabling you to amend and change your material and delivery according to feedback and success.
Preferably you'll have a degree in a Learning and Development, business or technical field but we value related experience also. Extensive sales facilitation experience is essential including Learning and Development content creation expertise. Formal training in this area is strongly preferred
Strong communications skills are critical - listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language and grammar.
Understanding of Adult Learning Theories along with vertical market knowledge in key categories is important. You should demonstrate good judgment in decision making and be able to apply knowledge and experience to guide decisions
This roles involves European and wider travel on a regular basis; you'll need to exhibit enthusiasm, high energy and a dynamic personality.
