Responsible for continually monitoring and improving all accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and treasury activities to ensure they are efficient, cost effective and in compliance with company policies, while driving toward a global standard. Develops and maintains client relations to ensure the processes meet the business and finance leaders’ expectations.
Advanced degree in a business-related major (i.e. Accountancy,Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, etc.).
10+ years of professional work experience. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience within Financial Shared Services including the development of teams and transformation of systems and processes
Experience managing leaders of others while demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills
