Overview

General responsibility to supervise Order Management Representatives and their daily tasks.

Manage issues escalated from Sales and other internal & external customers and develop team performance by mentoring, coaching, encouraging, monitoring and identifying areas for improvement within the team and ensure all SLA’s are met.

Team management and duties connected to direct reports responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, supporting and coaching team members. Ensuring that all orders are processed in a timely manner and that Zebra policies and procedures are followed. Liaison with customers and Zebra associates to resolve and escalate problems.
  • Data entry and management of customers from receipt to billing, including standard orders for supply of equipment and services, return requests, price adjustment credits and debits, customer complaints (DOAs and Mis-shipments) and loans.
  • Management reporting
  • Ensuring that all procedures and policies are met and purchase orders are compliant to SOX.
  • Working with the all COM team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications

  • Essential

    • A strong team player with a mature and professional approach to work.
    • Ability to:
    • Work with minimal supervision using own initiative
    • Work in a multi-task environment and adapt to change, and work in a fast paced environment
    • Learn many things, from aspects of sales support and customer care to operational functions
    • Be proactive
    • Prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
    • Logically and amicably resolve issues with customers and Zebra associates
  • Desirable
    • English on advanced level
    • Customer care or related type of experience desirable (Experience in Customer Order Administration in a medium to large company, preferably using Oracle R12 software, will be an advantage)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
    • High level of Organization skills
    • Detail oriented personality
    • Ability to speak with and visit customers when required
    • Good attitude, team player, and flexible when it comes to change.
