We're looking for an ambitious marketing professional with great experience of driving full lifecycle marketing of hardware products and services to ensure that our business achieves individual portfolio revenue goals.  You'll use commerically focused marketing skill to support the building of a marketing influenced funnel and sales pipeline, developing and executing a marketing plan with a full marketing mix of short term and longer term initiatives to drive revenue and product launch activities.    Working closely with vertical marketing, regional product management, global marketing and channel marketing teams, you'll be a true team player with a resourceful, 'can-do' approach. 



  • Working on our core barcode scanning, RFID and Services portfolios,  the Product Marketing Manager develops, reinvigorates and retires marketing programs based on quarterly business results and evidence reported by product management team and portfolio-based pipeline reports.
  • Full lifecycle management marketing with a focus on new product launches and revenue supporting/boosting activities (especially into the midlife of a product)
  • Driving impactful portfolio-specific, cross-vertical and vertical specific initiatives in region
  • Develop, own and execute a regional GTM marketing plan to incorporate multiple audiences (end users, partners, distribution and internal) working in alignment with regional product management, vertical marketing leads, channel marketing managers and field marketing managers
  • Support the creation of new collaterals and assets to support the products and enhance global deliverables
  • Support sales enablement and demand creation programs for portfolio-specific overlay sales teams
  • Voice of customer from the region into global product marketing team
  • Understand, build and engage from a marketing perspective with the GTM ecosystem for products/portfolios to accelerate the sales pipeline


We're looking for an ambitious marketer, preferably with proven experience in a channel focused B2B technology environment and an understanding of hardware products, how to enable our partners and experience of putting together compelling collateral which helps us generate revenue.  A multi-tasker and excellent team player who can pick up project work around new innovative services and product offerings, often wearing multiple hats and handling changing priorities. Ideally you'll have:

  • Bachelors degree in a business or marketing discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal English with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Clarity of thinking and vision with keen prioritization and self-organizational skills
  • Influencing, negotiation and partnership skills
  • Demonstrate whole lifecycle product marketing experience – from NPI to EOL
  • The role will be Bourne End (UK) office based and the candidate must be able to travel (domestically and international) as and when required
