The scope responsibilities of Business Process Analyst include providing support to internal/external customers, creating repair related analysis and maintaining regular reports automatically delivered to customers. Primary focus is on delivering analysis and measuring quality performance metrics on customer and product level.


  • Covering monthly governance for metric reporting and business presentations
  • -Reporting and providing analysis on a regular basis for internal customers
  • Preparing analysis for customer satisfaction reports.
  • Creating ad hoc analysis based on specific requirements.
  • Reviewing regular reports with internal customer to make sure the requirements are still valid and accurate.
  • Daily communication with internal customers and other departments within company.


  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel is essential)
  • Analytical skills
  • Intermediate English (level B2)
  • Team player
  • Flexibility and quick learning of new things
  • Self-driven
  • Permission to work in Czech or EU citizenship
