Overview

Zebra Technologies, a global leader in tracking technology and solutions, is currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our growing team based in Brno. Responsibilities

As a Service Administrator you will

  • play an important role in the operation of our Brno Service Centre
  • assist our partners with their repair and process related enquiries (mostly via email – we are not a call center)
  • Work with other Zebra departments to meet our customers’ needs. For that you will need to have a good overview of company structure and processes (but do not worry we will provide you with all the necessary information and trainings
  • Process adhoc administrative tasks and manage small projects

Qualifications

We would like you to:

  • have great communication skills
  • have advanced knowledge of English
  • be computer literate and comfortable with MS Office products

You have an advantage if you:

  • are available immediately
  • speak any other European language
  • have previous experience in Customer Service field
