Overview

To provide local support for employee learning and development programmes, culture shaping activities and talent review activity.  To partner with the HR team on broader talent processes including Performance Management, New Hire Orientation and Employee Orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Learning & Development activities locally for Brno-based functions, reviewing training needs, reviewing offerings and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Managing of development process (development needs/requirement analysis, development plan on yearly basis, supplier management, feedback analysis etc.), managing the process of language courses
  • Share best practices with fellow team members in the EMEA / Global OD & Talent team and extending potential local offerings to employees elsewhere in the region.
  • On-site lead for Culture Shaping activities, including management of Leaders in Action Workshops, follow-up interventions to reinforce culture initiative and reviewing strategies where this can be embedded in broader talent activities (e.g. new hire orientation).
  • Manage the local Talent Review activity, including engagement with local HR Team and business leaders on key talent, plus working with fellow team members in the EMEA / Global OD & Talent team to design / deliver programmes responding to themes from the TR outputs.
  • Input into regional / global learning activities, providing insights into local deployment and support where initiatives result in specific engagement in Brno.
  • Partner with HR team on broader talent processes including Performance Management, New Hire Orientation, Employee Engagement etc., providing expertise to support a coordinated talent management approach
  • Supervision of development activities – feedback, actions
  • EMEA/global projects involvement
  • Expertise and consultancy to the internal customers (TLs, managers, employees, HR partners)
  • Close cooperation with local HR, EMEA/Global OD, EU development project lead

Qualifications

  • Ability to demonstrate management of multiple priorities
  • Independent senior worker, able to work on her/his own as well as part of the team
  • Confident in communicating with all levels of an organization and with external partners
  • Results oriented personality, ability to move things forward
  • Experience in developing new training programmes
  • Able to translate global programmes into local actions
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills
  • HR or Learning & Development experience preferred
