Our channel partners and distributors are at the heart of everything we do and we’re building a dedicated team to work with our partners and focus on Service Renewals.   Services Renewals Specialists form close relationships with their partners and distributors, providing invaluable support and education about Zebra’s services offering.

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Acting as key resource to assigned distributor and channel partners in France with a focus on Zebra Services (Renewal)
  • Working closely with an assigned group of distributors or channel partners to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies in process.
  • Identify opportunities to increase service revenues and to support service quality excellence.
  • Act as key resource to distributors and channel partners to provide education about system changes, available services, processes, pricing and SKUs
  • Key escalation point when distributors or channel partners identify Services Renewals issues
    • Works on action plans resulting from channel partner or distributor requests
    • Resolves in a timely fashion, communicates status updates to stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Analyzes and updates internal pricing system with SKUs and Discount Codes as needed
  • Analyze and update contract entitlement system information to ensure accurate End of Service Life (EOSL) dates are represented.
  • Work with internal teams or vendors to ensure EDI transactions are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Audits status of EDI transactions.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability to resolve to partner or distributor satisfaction.
  • Proactively checks end user site for accessibility; takes action to resolve if site is unavailable to distributors or channel partners.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to ensure the information available to distributors / channel
  • partners through the end user site is accurate and valid
  • Measures, reports and helps drive performance against KPI’s for assigned channel partners or
  • distributors
  • Contributes to managing accurate records of active / inactive distributors or channel partners
  • Travelling to Distributors and Channel Partners up to 30% to 40% of the time

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

We are looking for individuals with outstanding customer service or support skills along with the ability to manage relationships internally and externally in a fast-paced, changing environment.   Candidates should demonstrate: 

 

  • Experience and understanding of Contract/Services Renewals in a technology environment
  • Customer support, sales support or service or related experience
  • Interpersonal agility and the ability to handle multiple requests and priorities
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce.com systems
  • Understanding of service renewals business processes and tools
  • Knowledge and experience in reading, understanding and formulating responses to pricing quote requests and RFP's.
  • Knowledge of different types of services offerings and product types in a technology organization
  • Fluent French and English language skills
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
