Overview

To work as part of the Supplies Product Marketing team in achieving the EMEA strategic goals for supplies.

To manage and maintain product ranges as required from new product introduction to end of life.

To provide reports and analysis on product range evolution in order to maximize revenues and margins.

To provide support and training to internal and external sales teams, partners and customers as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintains accurate product data as a basis for consistent marketing literature
  2. Produces marketing literature and tools to enable sales teams and channel to sell supplies
  3. Ensures product ranges are priced and positioned correctly to enable revenue growth
  4. Provides training to internal and external stakeholders on new product introductions
  5. Ensures accurate system data and timely updates for supplies products
  6. Provides analysis and insight into product lifecycle changes
  7. Works with other departments including sales, manufacturing and planning to ensure an outcome of ‘customer delight’
  8. Liaises with suppliers as appropriate in relation to product updates
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Degree qualified, preferably within a business, marketing or technical discipline
  2. Work experience within a product management related role in a manufacturing business
  3. Excellent communicator, written and verbal. Experience of working with other cultures and nationalities would be an advantage
  4. Enthusiastic, motivated individual who is quick to learn and work on own initiative
  5. Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities
  6. Able to work with numbers and reports to provide analysis and form recommendations
  7. Passionate about creating product ranges which are easy to understand and sell
  8. Comfortable dealing with people at different levels internally and externally
