The role of the Sales Operations Analyst will be to deliver timely and accurate data to management that will help to make sound, fact-based decisions. This is a great opportunity to join a key reporting team.
The primary responsibilities of the role are to build custom reports as requested for the assigned functional area. Working closely with the internal Sales Organization as well as external Distributors. You will enjoy a challenging job and will cooperate in setting up and improving new processes.


- Maintain the weekly POS data processing cycle
- Communicate with Distributors
- Solve issues/ discrepancies/errors
- Ensure all input files are received, query and resolve any missing
- Review and send all reports received
- Communicate with our distributors
- Validate and report out on loaded OBI data
- Prepare input files for OBI loading, including format checks, review and reconcile for exceptions
- Resolve errors and unmatched POS lines after the OBI upload
- Cooperate with other departments to solve all exceptions
- Set up new processes, maintain current relationship with external and internal stakeholders and as a medium-term goal improve the processes
- Review and resolve questions from the rebates team
- Partner with Channel Ops to assist with exception resolution as required
- Participate and represent Sales Ops in weekly calls


- Previous experience on similar position (working as a business operation or sales admin is advantage)
- Detail oriented and self-drivenpersonality
- Knowledge of MS Office products (advanced user of Excel)
- Multiple working capability with positive working attitude
- Responsible and fast learner
- Good communication skills
- Passion for collaboration and problem-solving
