Responsibilities

Provide direct technical assistance via phone and email to mobile devices, printers, RFID, scanners and other tech tools and products in a form of combined 1st and 2nd level technical support (calls/tickets/user interaction)
Document problems, create and maintain knowledge database
Cooperation with technical departments on advanced issues

Qualifications

Background in Technology and willingness to learn and develop new skills
Upper-intermediate English (min B2)
French or Italian or Polish or Dutch or Spanish on advanced level
