Overview

Reporting to the Director of Global Sales and Solutions PMO, this role is responsible for providing business intelligence reporting for Global Sales enablement, as well as general support for the multiple Professional Services and Integrated Solutions programs and projects that are ongoing. The analyst will be responsible for producing a variety of reports regarding services and solutions’ sales pipeline that will enable the sales teams to target further opportunities. In addition to the above, this role will also look at process improvement and find efficient ways of working. Other activities will include data analysis, new tools implementation and general project support.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing and aggregating SalesForce.com reports to facilitate sales decisions
  • Run other reports from multiple sources and perform analysis as needed by the Sales and Solutions organization
  • Develop new processes and reports to improve our ability to report and analyze pipeline
  • Define and create the SKU hierarchy for new services and solutions
  • Audit SKUs to ensure SKUs are not being set up erroneously
  • Audit SalesForce.com to ensure services and solutions opportunities are being captured corrected
  • Maintain the master services and solutions SKU database
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with PMO, Offer Management, Sales Operations and Sales
  • Perform other duties as assigned including general support to the PMO team

 

Although the role is office based (Brno) there may be a requirement to travel internationally from time to time. There may also be periodic requirement to join conference calls in the evening, to coincide with US working hours.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business reporting and analysis
  • Experience of working with Oracle and SalesForce.com
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and pivot tables. VBA experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Passion for process improvement and change management
  • High energy, strong team player, creative thinker

  • Ability to effectively interface with associates in all disciplines and functions
  • Ability to manage requests with short timelines
  • Keen to learn while being a good team player
