Are you a target orientated individual wanting to carve a career within customer services with a professional organization? We are looking to recruit a Lead Generation Customer Service Specialist to join the EMEA Marketing Contact Centre team at Zebra Technologies.

Responsibilities

What is the job about?

In your role of Lead Generation Customer Service Specialist you will be a central point of contact for Zebra Technologies‘ customers within EMEA region coming to us from zebra.com and the pre-sales consultant for prospective Zebra customers generated from marketing campaign activities.
Working in a fast-paced, busy support & contact centre environment, you will be tasked with:
- Handling pre-sales end user enquiries made through various means like chat, email, phone call or web-form with focus on pre-sales consultancy and sales lead generation
- Ensuring Sales team and Zebra’s partners receive qualified and comprehensive leads
- Coordinating with Sales team and partners to ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner and data entry standards are met to secure marketing database and reporting accuracy
- Building relationship with customers responding to our marketing campaign by proactive outbound call activity
- Ensuring maximum compliance, quality of lead data, maintaining a self-motivated attitude towards KPIs and professional manner

Qualifications

- EU citizenship or work permission for Czech Republic is a must

- Common sense with excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills; both spoken and written
- Action oriented
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
- Excellent time and task management with ability to multitask
- Calm and assured manner with ability to deliver results under pressure either as an individual or as part of a team
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Natural aptitude for technology
- Experience in Customer support or Call centre is a plus

Language skills:
- Fluent in English and French
- Fluent in any of the following languages is a plus: German/Russian/Polish/Turkish
