We’re looking for a talented business development professional with a proven track record of selling to, and negotiating with the German healthcare sector.   Building relationships primarily with hospitals and their suppliers to actively develop the German healthcare market for Zebra.   Ideally this person will have sold technology or related solutions to hositals in Germany and have a strong understanding of stakeholder management, relationship development and of the channel eco-system associated to this sector.   Our Healthcare Business Development Manager will forge close relationships with potential and existing customers to drive brand preference for Zebra’s portfolio of innovative products and services is key to success in this critical role.  



  • Identify and develop in-depth relationships with Hospitals and their related suppliers and partners.    Actively engaging both end-user and partner accounts to implement plans which effectively identify, develop, and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for achieving multi-million sales goals within end-user Healthcare accounts, selling our full portfolio of printers, labels, mobile computers, scanners, OEM items through identified channel partners and distributors
  • Initiate and build solid working relationships with diverse customer decision makers and influencers, leading customer presentations and creating propositions.
  • Effectively leveraging internal relationships with colleagues around the organisation as well as with key external partners to deliver solution.





  • Demonstrable solutions or technology selling experience in the healthcare sector; specifically to hospitals and their suppliers. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills
  • A true sales person who can plan and execute with minimal daily supervision but who can also operate well in a multinational, matrix organisation
  • Significant experience and success of selling hardware & services, or related solutions, to healthcare customers is essential
  • Significant experience of building business development alignment with both internal teams and external partner channels as routes to market for mobility
  • Ability to travel across EMEA on a regular basis/as required.
  • German language to native speaker level and excellent English language skills required.
