Overview

The Pre-Sales Technical Organization provides Pre-Sale technical support to the sales team, partners and end user customers, primarily engaged in all facets of Pre-sales technical engagements, ranging from demonstrations, proof of concepts, lab and pilot test implementations, Request for proposal (RFP) responses & Pre-Implementation troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sale technical sales efforts on a variety of Zebra products to large Enterprise customers
  • Develop and adapt advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; create customer partnerships
  • Interface with Sales, System Integrators, Product Engineers, Program Managers and Business Partners to implement enterprise solutions
  • Coordination of technical sales activities related to perspective accounts, partners and/or territory
  • Set-up and lead solution demonstrations for customers and partners
  • Conduct Technical presentations for customers, partners, prospects and internal Zebra teams
  • Implement, drive and track projects
  • Solve complex problems which may require unique solutions (e.g. unique applications of existing technologies) that are used across the business in similar situations
  • Drive problem resolution, identify appropriate resources, proactively develop contingency plans
  • Attend technical, product and sales training as required

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or related work experience
  • Min 5 years of proven experience in a sales, product management, product marketing or engineering role
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Solid understanding of Zebra Products and/or system integration and/or Android Software development
  • Willingness to travel 50% of working time or more
  • Very good English
  • Permission to work in the Czech Republic
