The Collections Team Leader (TL) reports to AR Manager and is responsible for supervising the work of Collections Specialists to maximize cash collections from Zebra customers located in EMEA region.
TL is responsible for building and maintaining working relationship with both external and internal business partners. Responsibilities also include AR accounts reviews with upper management, cash forecast reviews, maintaining quality metrics, driving improvements as well as tracking issues and following up for resolution.


- Plans, organizes and assumes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the collection team’s work which focuses on enforcing payment terms and resolving debt collection issues;

- Proactively improves the quality of debt collection through identification and resolution of issues and continuous improvement of the process;
- Resolves escalated issues and search proactively for a root cause ;
- Works closely with internal business partners (financial controllers, sales and reporting) providing up to date information on the status of debt collection;
- Ensures compliance with company policies, relevant accounting and tax requirements and internal controls (SOX);
- Ensures the collection tasks are done efficiently, accurately and timely;
- Maintains quality metrics;
- Actively participates in project activities related to AR team.


- Minimum 3-4 years of Collections&Credit/Finance/Accounting experience

- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- University degree
- Excellent English
- Good command of other European language is a plus
- Process-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Sense of urgency & ability to follow through on commitments
- Make decisions using sound judgment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence
- Ability to multi task & work independently
- Advanced in MS Excel
- Knowledge in Oracle is a plus
