Overview

We're looking for a commercially focused, team player - a real self-starter who can multi-task and enjoys a variety of tasks and interactions. You''ll join our Channel Operations team in a role responsible for preparing, validating and processing all rebates within the Zebra PartnerConnect Program – both working existing rebate structures and also actively contributing to the creation and rollout of new rebate structures.    You'll produce reports and metrics, and review/analyse rebate performance within the Program as well as Partner and Distributor compliance relating to rebate criteria. 

This isn't all about administration, you'll work closely with Zebra Distributors, Partners and internal stakeholders across the business, speaking to them on the phone and in person.    A particular requirement is to work collaboratively with Zebra Finance as it relates to reporting, rebate accruals and processing of rebate payments and credit notes.

Responsibilities

  • Support Channel Operations Manager in target setting and rebate scheme structures working with Zebra Channel Strategy team, Zebra Regional Sales Management and Zebra Finance. Also produce and provide support around establishing terms and conditions, guidelines and policies relating to rebate schemes.
  • Actively contributes in the development and operationalization of process for the calculation of rebates, and reviews and validates rebate claims for Partners and Distributors. Track rebate statistics and review rebate performance.
  • Ensure all processes and calculations are in line with internal audit and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
  • Provide Partners, Distributors, Zebra Finance and Zebra Sales Management with metrics and status of all rebate schemes and rebate claims
  • Provide data to Zebra Finance relating to rebate accruals, claims and credit notes
  • Work with Global Channel Analytics team to review and validate revenue data and rebate results
  • Communicate and liaise directly with Distributors and Partners providing rebate updates and performance tracking as well as actively helps to resolve queries and escalating issues to Channel Operations Manager where appropriate

Qualifications

  • Whilst this isn't a Finance role, ideally you'll have a good knowledge of finance processes or previous experience of working in a finance/analytical environment
  • PC Skills – Competent in the use of Microsoft Applications particularly Excel to intermediate level. Experience in using pivot tables and functions, including VLookup.
  • Attention to Detail – Methodical in approach and can demonstrate the ability to recognise data discrepancies
  • Analytical Skills – Able to confidently build, validate and interpret data and identify trends
  • Communication / Teamwork – Has ability to deliver written and verbal information effectively and displays ability to work and collaborate with internal stakeholders (both regionally and globally) and external Distributors and Partners
  • Organisation Skills – Has good organisation skills and ability to be flexible to support the demands of the team and Zebra as a whole.
