    We are looking for an exceptional team member to work as part of our Solution Sales Group EMEA, to be the focal point in EMEA for developing the GTM strategy and providing business development focus for and a major fashion retailer and a select number of additional Multi-National Accounts with a Nordics headquarter. This is a critical role to build and help grow Zebra across these accounts in EMEA.


    The Multi-National Account Manager –will be part of the “Solution Sales Group EMEA”. This team is the focal point for helping to drive best practice and large deal pipeline within our strategic accounts in EMEA across Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing and Healthcare. The team consists of Industry Solutions Group leads, Multinational Account sales team, Solutions Sales Engineers and Vertical solutions SME’s for Voice Directed Picking solutions (VDP) and our Personal Shopping Solutions (PSS), the role is to set brand preference at a headquarter level within a set of Multi National accounts based in Sweden and to subsequently help drive business across multiple regions, working closely with a virtual team of Account Managers in local countries. This role will also be tasked with defining routes to market / channels to market that are required, and making recommendations to senior management as to what this “Go to Market” model would consist of, define the business development needs for the customers and develop pertinent contacts across EMEA


    • Define critical steps required and define engagement model to drive business development for Multi-National Accounts
    • Create plan and ensure alignment across regional sales leads and global services, channel and business units
    • Link Sales and business development activity with Services Engagement, Partner/ISV and Business Unit teams to ensure execution into developed sales opportunities
    • Manage business development activities together with in country resources across region, to make defined strategy a reality
    • Monitor effectiveness of business development and GTM strategy, ensuring internal metrics and commitments are met. Implement changes as required to hit targets.
    • Work to influence and define global channel and GTM strategies to maximise sales and speed of ramp.
    • Work closely with marketing to create and showcase value of Zebra into the Multi-National Accounts
    • Work with Product business unit to help with ‘voice of the customer’ feedback for future development
    • Work closely with EMEA Strategy to ensure a consistent approach is developed and drive alignment with sub regions and global roles.
    • Act as Regional coordinator for Multi-National Accounts
    • Directly manage Multi-National Accounts identified and residing in Nordics
    • Communicate rationale and activity plans for account list internally and externally
    • Ensure cohesion with the activity in the key accounts and Zebras Channel Map.
    • Agree and achieve sales targets for the key account development plan.
    • Optimize the order values – by selling the highest value Zebra solutions, and ensuring the full solution is provided including all products available from Zebra in the solution stack.
    • Identify and implement the route to market that would secure the business and the maximum revenue to Zebra.
    • Work in conjunction with virtual team of local Account Managers and Channel Account Managers to provide details of business opportunities and fulfillment channels.
    • Work in conjunction with country Account Managers to ensure new applications are replicated in their region
    • Maintain a pivotal role in ensuring case studies and PR opportunities are maximized in the target Multi National accounts.
    • Communicate new applications, product opportunities that would drive business into the Mutli-National accounts and develop these ideas with the appropriate internal group within Zebra Europe.
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • Demonstrable Solutions selling experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills
    • English speaker, multi-lingual preferably
    • Demonstrable business development skills
    • Strong mobility sector and/or Networking background
    • Significant experience and success with selling with Multi National Accounts an advantage
    • Significant experience of building business development alignment with both internal teams and external partner channels as routes to market for mobility
    • Must be able to effectively coordinate across various groups and functional teams both inside and outside of the business.
    • Self-starter who enjoys working in a team to accomplish goals
    • Good attention to detail
    • Ability to travel across EMEA on a regular basis/as required.
