    We're looking for a solutions focused Sales Engineer with a software develoment background to join us in a customer facing role where you'll partner with our Account Managers to drive brand preference for Zebra's signature technology solutions.    In this key role, you will work with some of our most high-profile multinational accounts in the Benelux region, shaping innovative mobility solutions to meet challenging business needs.    Building strong relationships with partners and engineering resources, you will deliver technical expertise on a range of solutions, driving integration within the customer's technical environment


    • Travelling to customer sites to deliver specific solutions, technology and product consulting.   Providing technical and sales support, performing in-depth and high-level technical and high impact presentations for customers and prospects.
    • Working in partnership with Account Managers to ensure the overall customer strategy is delivered in a collaborative fashion
    • Drive the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
    • Proactively plan to prevent post sales issues that lead to decline in customer satisfaction and delays of successive phases of a project
    • Work towards yielding maximum product and services revenue from each account


    We're looking for a Sales Engineer with a software development background and great customer facing experience to join our team as we develop new solutions which mix software, hardware and services to deliver cutting edge field mobility solutions for our customers. 


    You'll need good presales engineering experience gained from working intensively with customers and supporting varied needs.   This is a commercial role, so the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences is key.


    Technically, we'd like to see experience of designing software based solutions; we'd love to see software development, Android or Windows CE/Windows Mobile skills.   The solutions we offer to customers consist of a variety of elements involving servers, network infrastructure, mobile computers, RFID devices, wireless or wired networking infrastructure - we can teach all of this! 


    Crucially, you'll be a high-energy, team player with a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build relationships across internal and external organizations.
