    We're looking for a software and solutions focused presales professional to join us in a customer facing role where you'll partner with our Account Managers to drive brand preference for Zebra's signature technology solutions like SmartLens.    In this key role, you will work with some of our most high-profile multinational accounts in the region, shaping innovative IOT and mobility solutions to meet challenging business needs.    Building strong relationships with partners and engineering resources, you will deliver technical expertise on a range of solutions, driving integration within the customer's technical environment

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure overall customer strategy is delivered in a collaborative fashion
    • Take the lead on account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in the Benelux region,  including some international accounts. You'll become a true trusted advisor to your assigned customers and to the partner community
    • Coordinate all technical sales activities for your prospective accounts and deliver industry solutions, technical, and product knowledge to customers and partners
    • Provide specific solutions/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support and perform in-depth and high-level technical and high impact presentations for customers and prospects.
    • Drive the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
    • Proactively plan to prevent post sales issues that lead to decline in customer satisfaction and delays of successive phases of a project
    • Yield maximum product and services revenue from each account while driving customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    We're looking for a customer focused pre-sales engineering professional to join our team as we develop new solutions which mix software, hardware and services to deliver cutting edge field mobility solutions for our customers.   You'll need in-depth preslaes engineering experience gained from working intensively with customers and supporting varied needs.   This is a commercial role, so the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly technical and non-technical audiences is key.

     

    Technically, we're looking for strong software or field mobility solutions experience;  we'd love to see software development, Android or Windows CE/Windows Mobile skills as a priority.   As an advantage, we'd welcome experience of any of these areas too - servers, network infrastructure, mobile computers, RFID devices, wireless or wired networking infrastructure. 

     

    Crucially, you'll be a high-energy, team player with a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build relationships across internal and external organizations. Project management experience is a plus as is a proven solution-integration skill and fluency in Dutch and English language is required.
