    A Pre-Sales Business Project Co-ordinator position which involves the provision of support to Pre-Sales Business Managers and Programme Manager in the implementation of a variety of projects and tasks within the Professional Services organisation.


    The Pre-Sales Business Project Co-ordinator will be required to take on the following roles and responsibilities:


    Provide support to Pre-Sales Business Managers ensuring small project requests are managed. This would be for all customers – direct & via channel partners. This support would include:

    • Liaison with customers (both internal & external) and suppliers
    • Work on Statements of Work with suppliers and customer as required
    • Raising Purchase Orders on 3rd Party Suppliers for services, resource or materials
    • Ensure customer PO is received & order booking – liaison into Zebra Order Management
    • Maintain project schedules if required
    • Manage Logistic requirements
    • Manage implementation of works required for small projects
    • Capture data and store on SharePoint
    • Manage governance of items needed for ISO audit with regard to PS SharePoint folders
    • Receive and verify supplier invoices
    • Raise customer invoices – liaison into Zebra Order management
    • Liaison into the Managed Services team on the PS elements of the projects


    Education:   College or University Qualification



    At least 5 years demonstrable experience of working in a programme/project office/contract booking environment. The Pre-Sales Business Co-ordinator should have basic project management background and be able to work on multiple projects at any one time. A good knowledge of MS Windows based applications is essential. They should have experience of working/liaising directly with customers and suppliers, and essentially have the ability to work with minimal supervision although will be supported by the team.
