A Pre-Sales Business Project Co-ordinator position which involves the provision of support to Pre-Sales Business Managers and Programme Manager in the implementation of a variety of projects and tasks within the Professional Services organisation.
The Pre-Sales Business Project Co-ordinator will be required to take on the following roles and responsibilities:
Provide support to Pre-Sales Business Managers ensuring small project requests are managed. This would be for all customers – direct & via channel partners. This support would include:
Education: College or University Qualification
At least 5 years demonstrable experience of working in a programme/project office/contract booking environment. The Pre-Sales Business Co-ordinator should have basic project management background and be able to work on multiple projects at any one time. A good knowledge of MS Windows based applications is essential. They should have experience of working/liaising directly with customers and suppliers, and essentially have the ability to work with minimal supervision although will be supported by the team.
