    We're looking for a talented channel professional with an excellent understanding of Advanced Data Capture (ADC) / scanning offerings and with a proven network of relationships in this area.  Our Senior Channel Manager will recruit, develop and manage ADC/Scanning partner accounts and the opportunity pipeline across the DACH territory, maximising partner coverage to drive strong growth.    Leveraging the skills of other teams like business development, inside sales, sales engineering and product marketing to develop an effective territory growth plan, you'll also create and implement long-range partner enablement strategies.   This is a great opportunity to join a market leader in a role where you will truly evangelise our products, drive new solutions and help us to stay ahead of the competition.     


    Specific responsibilities include:

    Actively engage with partners and ensure disproportionate mindshare and incremental growth through rigorous planning which includes strategic demand generation activities.

    Manage and drive growth with both existing and new partners to achieve targets.

    Leverage all resources available to drive territory penetration based on market opportunity.

    Maintain forecast and provide management with regular updates including sales forecast, competitive analysis, market trends and territory opportunity. Continuously refine and increase accuracy.

    Coordinate MDF activities with channel marketing and ensure optimal utilization to drive growth.

    Coordinate partner activities through distribution, where appropriate.



    We're looking for someone with a great track record of Channel sales in the scanning/ADC sector and an excellent understanding of the partners and key relationships critical to success in this space.   

    Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree or similar in business administration, marketing or sales; alternatively you will demonstrate equivalent service related experience

    ·       Successful track record of new account development, new application introduction and solution selling

    ·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal, written and presentation

    ·       Ability to communicate and negotiate on different organizational levels

    ·       Excellent German and advanced English language skills required, any other European language in addition is a plus.

    ·       Self-motivational and success-driven personality with the ability to work also under tight deadlines or pressure

    ·       Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally SalesForce

    ·       Willingness to travel 75% or more.
