Zebra Technologies work with and through their Channel partner community joint within our Channel partner program PartnerConnect. The Partner Interaction Center team is a team of multilingual specialists that provide proactive and reactive support to EMEA channel partners and channel sales team for all PartnerConnect related inquiries.


In your role you would be a central point of contact for Zebra Technologies‘ business partners from entire EMEA region, supporting them in number of areas such as:

- Providing daily support to Zebra Partners and distributors on Zebra Partner program and program tools and benefits etc.
- Working with Zebra Partners on on- and off-boarding and helping develop their awareness of PartnerConnect program structure, requirements, benefits and tools
- Maintaing partner database and partner systems of record to ensure accurate and timely update of Partner Master Data
- Managing partner contact access to various tools and portals they are eligible for
- Maintaining regular interaction with Zebra Technologies‘ partners to keep them engaged and informed

In your role you would also:

- Work closely and liaise with Channel operations and Channel sales teams as well as other Zebra associates to resolve and escalate problems ensuring high internal and external customer satisfaction
- Support Channel Sales team with their questions related to Partner program and tools
- Perform administrative channel operations tasks, including partner compliance audit and regular checks
- Contribute to testing and validation of new internal and external tools being 


- EU citizenship (or work permission for Czech Republic)

- Customer focused with excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Strong problem solving
- Excellent time and task management with ability to multitask
- Calm and assured manner with ability to deliver results under pressure either as an individual or as part of a team
- Can-do approach
- Ability to learn and absorb high amount of information in constantly changing environment
- Ability to work with systems and data entry skills with focus on detail
- Administration and customer service related type of experience desirable

Language skills:
- Advanced English and French
- Spanish and German as a big advantage
