  • Overview

    The scope of the Order Management department includes end to end processing of hardware and software orders for Zebra products, communication with customers from EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region, supporting various internal teams and post sales customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Review purchase order documents and entry of all hardware and software orders into the internal  IT system
    • Perform daily backlog management of all open orders
    • Cooperate with product and supply chain management teams across the globe, in order to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to customers
    • Provide post sales customer service

    Qualifications

    • Excellent level of English language
    • Advanced level of German language
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Time flexibility
    • Administration or customer service related type of experience desirable
    • Ability to work with systems and data entry skills
    • Detail oriented personality
    • Strong team player
