    POSITION PURPOSE

    The EMEA Business Finance Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and guiding the small team of Finance Analysts to support many of the business functions within EMEA with a focus on Services, Supply chain, EMEA Sales and Marketing. They will prioritize driving future process improvements to enable us to support the transition for Zebra to be a leading solution provider.  To be an expert Business Partner with a keen eye on the overall business to develop the team and create the environment in which valuable insight can be used effectively to drive and maximize growth expectations of the business. 

    Responsibilities

    • Managing and actively developing a team of four Finance Analysts to become top performing business partners and supporting them to build valued partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and teams in their business functions.
    • To have focus on the Services business, prioritizing and driving support to the global effort on developing systems and processes required to cope with a Solutions orientated business.
    • Engage in revenue recognition policies and application to services revenue accounting and apply to projects where Hardware and Services combine
    • To business partner the EMEA Supply chain organization and define future role requirement by working closely with Global Supply Chain Finance and warehouse manager.
    • In collaboration of wider Finance team actively promote continuous improvement with a focus on reducing ad hoc reporting and non-value add activities and increasing valuable support and insight to the business.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
    • Qualified with recognised accounting body preferred (CGMA, ACCA, ACA)
    • Significant experience working in Accounting or Finance as a valued business partner
    • Must have in depth experience in a professional services environment
    • Enthusiastic and driven individual with successful history of managing a team of professionals and effectively communicating with Senior Leaders
    • Confident at working to deadlines and strong analytical skills
    • Advanced Microsoft office skills
    • Experience with Oracle and Oracle projects an advantage
    • Comfortable with a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
