  • Overview

    The Professional Services Project Management Office is looking for personnel to provide administrative support services to Project Managers globally. The PMO Support role will involve working with project managers and project co-ordinator across the globe.

    Responsibilities

    The responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:

    • Raising new projects in the project management system and assigning allocated resources to those projects
    • Maintain existing projects and updating times and resources and creating new projects as required
    • Raising purchase orders, provide reporting on purchase orders and responding to question with respect to purchase orders
    • Attending team meetings, mostly virtually and taking notes as required
    • Setting up project reviews
    • Performing financial audits, against agreed criteria and reviewing outcome with leadership team
    • Updating and maintaining data stores to ensure they are aligned with the sales funnel
    • Checking timesheet utilization and compliance and acting on interpreted data
    • Preparing and distributing reports on project status
    • Providing administration on SharePoint
    • Provide training, as required to team on SharePoint and purchase order system
    • Support ERP system upgrades though testing
    • Support ISO 9001:2015 audits as required
    • Support and contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement process

    Qualifications

    The candidate should be high school educated or similar, as a minimum, and should have a minimum of three to four years’ experience of working in a professional environment.

    The candidate should have previous experience of working

    • In a project support environment
    • Good Knowledge of the MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc)
    • Working with purchasing systems is advantage
    • working independently without supervison 
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
    • Willingness to learn new things

    Experience in the any following areas would be beneficial:

    • Schedule Management
    • Sharepoint
    • Oracle Project Manager
    • Oracle iProcurement
