    We have a new role for an EMEA Solutions Advocate who takes the lead in EMEA for all new innovations and solutions.  This role will be at the forefront of the sales team and deliver Zebra’s vision and position in the market to our leading customers and partners.    You'll need high technical knowledge and presentation skills to articulate the message dependent on region, culture and technical competency.   

     

    Acting as the "go to" person in region, aligned with the Sales teams and all business units to deliver the next generation solutions; providing the 'voice of the voice' of the customer to the business units.    This EMEA wide role will help deliver a consistent and collaborative approach to the regions and share best practice and first of a kind solutions;  it's also critcial to the creation of new solutions and adjacent opportunities which may be found through account discussions.

     

    This role will also cover topics of high importance such as OS Migration, Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, New Product Development (HUD, EMA) and be part of the strategic solution team.

     

    Responsibilities

    1. Be the focal point for the EMEA SE community as the go to person for next generation solutions and products and showcase Zebra as a thought leader
    2. Lead the co-ordination of a virtual team across EMEA, to a consistent message in region.
    3. Lead the co-ordination with Google for end user visits and internal requirements.
    4. Own the messaging and content, with regular updates for new technology and trends. Keeping up to date with items outside of Zebra
    5. Be seen as a Zebra thought leader and deliver sessions to end users and partners, as determined by account teams in region.
    6. Act as liaison to the BU’s for EMEA for innovation and related topics, for voice of the field and customer.
    7. Engage with organizations outside of Zebra to position Zebra as a thought leader through events, blogs, interviews, and become a trusted advisor on the above topics.
    8. Work alongside the Service Sales and Delivery organizations to create first of a kind opportunities, manage and deliver these opportunities where applicable
    9. Support the local in region account teams to close opportunities
    10. Look to find new revenue streams though the implementation of new innovative solutions and concepts.
    11. EMEA wide travel – Over 50% with high English presentation skills required.
