    Leads a team of TA Specialists managing recruitment process including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing new hire compensation packages, and closing candidates. Develops strong relationships with team members, hiring managers, and business leaders. Identifies area of improvement for talent acquisition practices.



    • Leads Talent Acquisition team
    • Executes recruitment for complex professional jobs
    • Builds relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates
    • Drives Employer Branding initiatives and innovation in TA
    • Analyzes effectiveness of recruitment practices and identifies areas of improvement
    • Works on and leads projects and assignments and resolves issues




    • You have 3 -5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably for technical roles
    • You are 100% organized and you can perfectly plan your time
    • You have very good communication skills in Czech and in English
    • You are quick - you don't waste your time with "BUT" and "WHAT IF" - you just do it!
    • You know how to work with Outlook / Word / Excel and you quickly learn about new systems
    • Leadership experience
