  • Overview

    The Regional supply chain planning department defines and controls inventory levels to support customer demands whilst achieving company, regional, global and individual metrics and objectives.



    - Management of incoming supply

    - Placement and management of purchase orders

    - Tracking and expediting shipments

    - Managing inventory / safety stock levels

    - Supporting new product implementation and minimizing EOL risks

    - Maintain item master database

    • Meeting company, regional, global and individual defined metrics:

    - On Time Shipment to original promise date and customer request date

    - IQR (Inventory Quality Ratio) / Excess & Obsolescence - Inventory turns/value - Forecast accuracy

    - Freight method utilization

    • Close cooperation with other business functions including sales, logistics, finance and marketing to mitigate constraints, resolve any discrepancies or escalations.
    • Actively participate in cross regional planning meetings and support implementation of global process initiatives.
    • Assisting other planning members and provide coverage during absence as required.




    • Proven experience with demand or supply planning.
    • Excellent PC skills, MS Excel intermediate to advance with the ability to consolidate complex information.
    • Advanced English - verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to sustain meticulous attention to detail, and to work without supervision.
    • Ability to exercise initiative and take ownership.
    • Understands the importance of deadlines, meeting commitments, prioritization and completing daily workloads.
