  • Overview

    Management of the day to day needs of the OEM customers in the UK, Ireland and France to maintain and enhance the ongoing relationships

    Responsibilities

    • Own the quota for the UK, I & France OEM business
    • Responding to customer requests and handling pricing requests.
    • Interfacing with our partners to provide requested information about products etc.
    • Developing new customers, handling leads, supporting partner activity to develop new business and assisting with marketing.
    • Management of leads – follow up and qualification and management of partners where applicable
    • Maintaining the regional forecast within Salesforce.com
    • Provide regular business updates the OEM Sales Director
    • Liaise with the wider OEM Team to manage channel opportunities and to work with the OEM SE’s to provide relevant technical support to the end customers and partners
    • Attend and participate in team meetings
    • Self-Development – Take responsibility for a pro- active approach to collaboration within the regional sales teams.
    • Training / Systems - Ensure full awareness of Zebra’s commercial product offering, attend and complete on-line training tools as they become available in a timely manner.
    • Manage PC renewals and approvals and attend the weekly forecast call with the team
    • Support the OEM marketing efforts

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an outbound calling role or equivalent experience and preferably customer facing experience, preferably in a sales or sales support capacity
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Fluent in English and preferably French
    • Builds relationships and customer focused
    • Analytical skills
    • Product knowledge
    • Self-management of role – self-starter, motivated and organised
    • Flexible in approach
    • MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint and experience of SFDC (Saleforce) is desirable
