    This role can be based from any Zebra EMEA location.

     

    The primary purpose of this position is to develop and support Technical Pre-sales productivity tools and initiatives that support Technical Solutions Group (TSG from now on) collaboration, development and market impact. This individual works in a highly collaborative, ever-evolving technical environment and must can drive cross-functional projects as well as learning new technologies and tools that apply to team collaboration

    Responsibilities

      • Project Manage the current and future collaboration tools and initiatives. Some of the areas of involvement are:
        • Skills Competency Planning
        • Management of TSG Team Training & Development
        • Partner Technical Enablement & Certification
        • TSG Career Path & Competency
        • Competitive Attack Programmes
        • Virtual Team Programmes
        • Process & Interfaces (eg Support org)
        • Industry Bodies & Associations mapping
        • EU/EC Coordination
        • New Product Intro Planning
      • Be part of the definition, development and operation of new processes and collaboration ways that involve TSG members and also other Business Units
      • Interact with stakeholders across TSG and other business units to meet the needs of the TSG global audience and help develop new streams of collaboration and learning oriented initiatives.
      • Facilitate cross-training between TSG and other Business Units
      • Creation and maintenance of the TSG collaboration tools (i.e. portals connected to virtual groups and other learning initiatives)
      • Perform analysis and reporting on the use of tools and TSG resources

    Qualifications

      • Preferred education:
        • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
      • Preferred Work Experience (years):
        • More than five years experience in similar role
      • Key Skills and competencies:
        • General knowledge of Zebra Solutions and Products
        • Strong organizational and follow-up skills required.
        • Project Management skills and experience
        • Team-player skills; a positive attitude; a high energy level; ability to establish rapport and build; relationships across internal and external organizations are all required.
        • Ability to communicate effectively
        • Demonstrated experience using current Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) as well as internal systems (MSC,DFW, Clarify, Sales Force, Solutions Builder) required
        • IT Technical knowledge: Knowledge of Zebra's IT systems/applications: (Office 365, SharePoint)
        • Willingness to master new technologies and tools via on-the-job training is essential.
        • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
        • Flexibility to work in an innovative, dynamic (but not chaotic) environment is required.
        • Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment and independently
        • Ability to document and maintain up to date documentation
        • Languages:
          • English (proficiency, C1 or above)
          • Knowledge of additional EMEA languages will be valued
