    We’re seeking an exceptional Solutions Sales Professional with experience of identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities in the Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics (T&L) and Healthcare sectors across DACH and Eastern Europe.      You will use your extensive business acumen and connections to convert prospects into customers, negotiate comprehensive deals and build lasting business relationships.     • Achieve revenue and accounts growth targets in line with the annual sales objectives.
    • Create and execute deals based on a solutions-driven sales approach.
    • Identify and sell critical differentiators so that Zebra is the obvious choice as the vendor with the best solutions.  
    • Use advanced domain / solutions knowledge to competitive advantage - training in RTLS/sensing technology is part of our commitment. 
    • Identify, qualify, secure and cultivate new customer accounts and business opportunities.
    • Utilize major account sales process to identify new prospects and build sales plan for the territory.
    • Engage proper resources on complex solutions to ensure the appropriate solution is presented and sold to the customer.
    • Develop and maintain senior level relationships with key accounts.
    • Manage customer satisfaction in both the pre- and post-sales environment.
    • 75% travel across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe.





    We're looking for a driven, passionate sales person who understands our target customers and their challenges.  Ideally you'll have experience of selling Real Time Locating Solutions (RTLS) , sensing technology, asset tracking solutions or similar RFID/auto-ID solutions although the ability to win new business whilst nurturing loyal custoers is essential 

    • Domain knowledge within Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics or Healthcare, selling into those verticals.
    • Indepth experience of selling software solutions into fortune 500 customers.
    • Proven track record of achieving and growing revenue targets.

    Key Skills and Competencies:

    • Help develop Zebra technical solutions for the customer; expert in some areas.
    • Self starter with a pro-active attitude to deliver beyond expectations.
    • Fluent in German and English (further European languages a bonus).
    • Full knowledge of all relevant business policies and practices.
    • Strong ability to energize and motivate others.
