  • Overview

    The Business Analytics team reports and measures the activity within Global services and solutions organization. We are a small team of professionals with high added value - we create reports which are the basis for business decisions up to the highest level of the company. Our data helps to understand company performance, we contribute to several key processes (services planning, forecasting, sales compensation, profitability and many others) and we are also part of strategic Services projects.

    Responsibilities

    - Provide regional inputs into global services metrics (regular and ad hoc reporting)
    - Cooperate with departments responsible for data entry to maintain high level of data quality, primarily Contract services team
    - Learn to understand the business and help change the processes to be more effective
    - Drive requirements for new reporting solutions and development of the actual reports, make sure reports are efficient and friendly to use, development of self-service solutions and report automation
    - Ability to learn and develop new solutions using modern Business Intelligence tools and maximize their potential in daily use (Power BI, OBIEE)
    - Work with large datasets, possibility to apply SQL and database skills
    - Opportunity to lead challenging assignments and small projects, pick your own way to get to the solution and implement your ideas

    Qualifications

    - Analytical skills
    - Ability to look through the numbers and see the detail as well as the bigger picture
    - Ability to present data visually and also explain it to non-analysts (management, sales, operations)
    - Advanced Excel user (advanced functions, pivots, experience with large datasets)
    - Basic experience or knowledge with databases and reporting tools (e.g. MS Access, SQL, OBIEE, Power BI)
    - Self-confident to take the responsibility, work on your own, make a decision, innovate and improve
    - Communication skills, self-organized, ability to prioritize and deliver on time
