  • Overview

    Works under close supervision to answer routine questions regarding company products and services. Responds to customers by following standard scripts and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    AS A SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR YOU WILL

    • play an important role in the operation of our Brno Service Centre
    • assist our partners with their repair and process related enquiries (mostly via email – we are not a call center)
    • Work with other Zebra departments to meet our customers’ needs. For that you will need to have a good overview of company structure and processes (but do not worry we will provide you with all the necessary information and trainings)
    • Process adhoc administrative tasks and manage small projects

    Qualifications

    WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO:

    • have great communication skills
    • have advanced knowledge of English and Dutch
    • be computer literate and comfortable with MS Office products

    YOU HAVE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU:

    • are available immediately
    • speak any other European language
    • have previous experience in Customer Service field
