  • Overview

    Zebra is expanding its service renewal model to make it easier for our internal and external customers to do business with us. A focused coverage model that segments renewals by value as well as path to market is being developed that will foster best practices.




    • will be responsible for entering all incoming sales orders on the system, sales order follow up and all connected customer service and data maintenance on Zebra´s services

    • provides support to internal sales team and try to find the creative way of sorting all requests from customers out.
    • consistently executes against all service level agreements and key performance indicators (quote turnaround time, sales targets, quote accuracy and other metrics).
    • tracking renewal performance data and attending calls with Renewal team.
    • works collaboratively with other internal stakeholders to ensure orders can be delivered as quoted.


    • Professional level of languages: English + French (min. B2)
    • 1-2 years of experience from similar field (sales support, sales administrator) as an advantage
    • Excel - advanced knowledge
    • Strong written and verbal business communication skills
    • Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, time management, teamwork)
    • Knowledge of MS Office products
    • Work well with limited supervision
    • Willingness to travel (to meet customers from entrusted locations)
