    Zebra Technologies provide end to end solutions helping customers improve their operational processes and efficiencies while delivering better services and experiences to their customers. The Business Development Manager –will be part of the “EAI Business Development team EMEA”. This team is the focal point driving our EAI Business Development into our key customers, partners within Retail, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, and Healthcare verticals.

     

    Responsibilities

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    1. Responsible for pipeline development and maintenance of new business opportunities to meet the defined objectives and targets.
    2. Be used to adopting a value based sales methodology, driving meaningful customer value into all respective stakeholders
    3. Understanding of business operations including retail, logistics operations, manufacturing and healthcare processes.
    4. Define critical steps required and define engagement model to drive business development for Workforce Connect solutions in EMEA
    5. Create plan and ensure alignment across regional sales leads and global services, channel and business units
    6. Link Sales and business development activity with Services Engagement, Partner/ISV and Business Unit teams to ensure execution into developed sales opportunities
    7. Manage business development activities together with in country resources, to make defined strategy a reality
    8. Monitor effectiveness of business development and GTM strategy, ensuring internal metrics and commitments are met. Implement changes as required to hit targets.
    9. Work to influence and define global channel and GTM strategies to maximise sales and speed of ramp.
    10. Work closely with marketing to create and showcase the value of Workforce Connect
    11. Work with Product business unit to help with ‘voice of the customer’ feedback for future development
    12. Work closely with EMEA Strategy to ensure a consistent approach is developed and drive alignment with sub regions and global roles.

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

     

    1. Demonstrable Solutions selling experience focused on PTT, PBX, WiFI, networking and mobility solutions
    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills
    3. English speaker, multi-lingual preferably
    4. Demonstrable business development skills
    5. Strong telecommunications, mobility, RFID and Networking background
    6. Significant experience and success with selling with Global System Integrators
    7. Significant experience of building business development alignment with both internal teams and external partner channels as routes to market for mobility
    8. Must be able to effectively coordinate across various groups and functional teams both inside and outside of the business.
    9. Self-starter who enjoys working in a team to accomplish goals
    10. Ability to travel across EMEA on a regular basis. Also to US business units as required.
