    Responsibilities

    AS A FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE YOU WILL:

    • Communicate with Zebra Field engineers based in UK on daily basis
    • Maintain engineer’s schedule based on customer’s requests
    • Assist Zebra Field engineers with their various requests – updating the schedule, closing Service requests, ordering parts, etc.
    • Answer initial customer calls and schedule engineer’s visit
    • May require customized resolution for specific cases and customers
    • Direct callers to appropriate resources and personnel if needed
    • Determine appropriate solutions and responses
    • Gather information from internal and external resources to answer customers questions
    • Document customer concerns and escalate concerns to appropriate channels in a timely manner

    Qualifications

    WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO:

    • High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
    • Have an advanced knowledge of English
    • Minimum of 1- 2 years of related experience.
    • Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
