Project support, Senior Specialist operating on the Service Escalation Team ensures all projects and special request are managed to excellent professional standards and aligned with Zebra’s core values. Demonstrate ownership of projects and work proactively with stakeholders, management and internal teams, to resolve issues in a timely manner across regions. Develop and deliver customer specific project plans. The ability to resolve moderately complex inquiries and manage escalated projects. The position operates as a Trusted Advisor and support to Zebra’s key internal customers.
