    Currently, we are looking for a Channel Account Manager to our office in Helsinki, Finland. The ideal candidate will quickly develop an understanding of and connection to our partner network. Zebra is a channel partner minded company, with all of our local business happening through our partner network. The candidate is expected to recruit, develop and manage the partner accounts and opportunity pipeline across the Finnish territory to push for strong increase in sales. Working closely with our experienced local teams in-country and the Nordics, the candidate must develop an effective territory plan and implement long term partner enablement strategies.

    • Active engagement with partners to expand Zebra mindshare
    • Detailed account planning and strategic demand generation activities
    • Achieving targets by cooperating with both existing and new partners
    • Leveraging extended resources available to advance market opportunities
    • Punctual, accurate and continuous forecasting, regular updating of sales opportunities, analyzing competition and market trends
    • Coordinating marketing activities with partners and ensuring optimal utilization of funds
    • Partner activity planning with distribution together with the local Distribution Account Manager

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and experience

     

    We are looking for someone with a great track record of Channel sales in Finland, an excellent understanding of our partners and advanced relationship skills critical to success in this role.

     

    An ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or similar in business administration, marketing or sales, or alternatively demonstrates strong related experience.

     

    • Experience in new account development and solution selling
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
    • Ability to communicate and negotiate on different organizational levels
    • Self-motivated and success-driven personality with the ability to work also under tight deadlines and pressure
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally SalesForce
    • Willingness to travel 25% or more
