  • Overview

    The scope responsibilities of Business Process Analyst include providing support to internal/external customers, creating repair related analysis and maintaining regular reports automatically delivered to customers. Primary focus is on delivering analysis and measuring quality performance metrics on customer and product level.


    • Maintain data accuracy in line with global and regional definitions
    • Report and provide analysis on a regular basis for internal and external customers
    • Creating ad hoc analysis based on specific requirements
    • Validation of reports and analysis
    • Review regular reports with customer to make sure the requirement is still valid and accurate
    • Cooperate with Customer Experience Managers to maintain customer reports per their needs
    • Daily communication with internal/external customers and other departments within company


    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel is essential)
    • Analytical skills
    • Intermediate English (level B2)
    • Team player
    • OBIEE or similar reposting tool is advantage
    • Ability to work with systems and data entry skills
    • Detailed oriented personality
