  • Overview

    Provide support to OVS Onboarding PMs, drive administration connected to OVS onboarding, additional analysis, helping drive additional improvements in current processes, owning specific tasks related to internal and external communication related to onboarding projects.


    • Ensure Onboarding requirements are fulfilled before onboarding start, working closely with internal teams to provide the right level of data for onboarding
    • Coordinating with team members frequently for updates regarding the work in progress
    • Provide support to internal and external customers, responding to all onboarding related queries
    • Monitor progress on onboarding on daily basis, providing regular updates to stakeholders
    • Manage schedules and conflicts where required
    • Helping to ensure project delivery meets targeted requirements and agreed on timelines
    • Drive, develop, manage and maintain the OVS Onboarding Process/ Review and audit the process
    • Update and archive all necessary onboarding documentation
    • Track all issues appeared during the implementation, evaluate and provide a recommendation on process improvement
    • Collect the data for the reporting and provide monthly reports on progress to management
    • Closely cooperate with OVS onboarding PMs to provide administrative support to project tasks
    • Follow up of various internal and external communications
    • Conduct risk analyses where necessary

    • Previous experience with project coordination
    • Previous experience with reporting
    • Intermediate skills in PC based documentation tools including MS Office
    • Experience in working with multiple departments
    • Drive and willingness to solve more complex issues
    • Experience with delivering high-level data presentations to management
