The Brno Sales Operations Team supports the EMEA Sales organization through delivering accurate and timely reporting as well as value added analysis. The team is part of a larger EMEA Sales Operations organization and works closely and directly with EMEA Sales functions on a regular basis.
The primary responsibilities of the role are to maintain current reports. Works closely with the Sales Organization.
• Preparation and consolidation of the weekly AIT Commit pack and related activities
• Strategic Accounts actual reporting for SIP
• Preparation of the quarterly Wins & Losses (top won and lost deals)
• Salesforce related reporting
• Other Ad-hoc activities
• Detail oriented and self-driven personality
• Knowledge of MS Office products (advanced user of Excel)
• Multi-tasking capability with a positive working attitude
• Responsible and fast learner
• Good communication skills (fluent in both written and spoken English)
