    We're looking for a talented pre-sales professional with experience of mobility projects to join our successful team in Africa, based in Morocco, supporting high-profile customers in the region.   At Zebra, our Sales Engineers are highly commercial, customer facing professionals who partner with our Account Managers to drive brand preference for Zebra's technology solutions.    Accountable for the development and execution of technology proposals for assigned accounts and partners and for working with engineering resources, you will provide technical expertise on a range of products and drive the integration within the customer's technical environment.  

    Applying software development experience, you will leverage Zebra Partners ecosystem in terms of Android software development and environments.  Delivering Zebra SDK testing and demos (ie for scanners, RFID, WiFi offerings) and providing guidance and advice on software to our partners.   This could be troubleshooting key partner applications, demonstrating Mobile Device Management, teaching troubleshooting techniques or creating workshops for partners and ISVs. 




    • Aligned to named accounts, partners or industry, and defined products and solutions
    • Responsible for representing the technical elements of solutions to customers with the ability to initiate, build and maintain solid working relationships
    • Promotion of solutions encompassing a wide range of products or services and technologies, leveraging relationships with other business units and/or external partners to deliver solution
    • Leads both technical and commercial presentations on Zebra products and services and then uses these technologies in the customer business environment
    • Responsible for the technical relationship with selected channel partners in the region. 
    • Preparation of technical responses to bid proposals
    • Coordination of all technical sales activities related to perspective accounts
    • Liaise with customers and be a focal point for information, providing technical consultancy
    • Supply technical support to commercial shows and seminars
    • Drive the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities
    • Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Team, and/or Solutions Team
    • Proactively plan to prevent post sales issues that shorten time to revenue
    • Yield maximum product and services revenue from each account while driving customer satisfaction
    • Be the VoC (voice of the customer) to the product development teams



    • Strong customer facing Pre-Sales engineering experience required 
    • Vertical markets solutions planning, implementation and operational background is preferred
    • Excellent relationship building skills, with ability to develop a strong business network
    • Ability to logically plan, set priorities, identify and resolve problems to produce measurable results
    • Strong technical understanding of how solutions are put together is a great advantage. We look for knowledge and strong operating experience in mobiity solutions and projects.  Mobile Computing, Advanced Data Capture or RFID Technologies, wired and wireless networking technologies are all relevant and interesting to us
    • Development skills: JAVA, Xamarin, C# and strong Android knowledge

    • Understanding of the technical requirements and challenges of a vertical market such as: Education, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Transportation and Logistics
    • Results driven, strategic thinker, financial acumen
    • Ability to prioritise; be nimble and adaptable
    • Advanced MS office skills for PowerPoint and Excel required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent
    • Fluent French language is essential.
