    The EMEA Business Finance Analyst is a business partner role for the EMEA Sales department, including the reporting and analysis of OPEX, and to the EMEA Supplies business unit.

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting and analysis of Sales OPEX, including ownership of the commissions accruals process and reporting of the E/R ratios to the Sales teams.
    • Business Partner to Sales Leads and Supplies business unit, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to help achieve the business strategy.
    • Detailed involvement in the preparation and submission of annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecast for operations under your partnering responsibilities.
    • In collaboration of wider Finance team, actively promote continuous improvement with a focus on reducing ad hoc reporting and non-value add activities.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
    • Part-qualified with recognised accounting body (CGMA/CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
    • Enthusiastic and driven individual with good communication skills
    • Confident at working to deadlines and strong analytical skills
    • Expert Microsoft office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
    • Experience with Oracle Financials (eBusiness Suite) and Oracle Projects an advantage
    • Comfortable with a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
