In your role of Lead Generation Specialist you will be a central point of contact for Zebra Technologies‘ customers within EMEA region coming to us from zebra.com and the pre-sales consultant for prospective Zebra customers.
Working in a fast-paced, busy support & contact centre environment, you will be tasked with:
• Handling pre-sales end user enquiries made through various means like chat, email, phone call or web-form with focus on pre-sales consultancy and sales lead generation
• Ensuring Sales team and Zebra’s partners receive qualified and comprehensive leads
• Coordinating with Sales team and partners to ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner
• Ensuring maximum compliance, quality of lead data, maintaining a self-motivated attitude towards KPIs and professional manner
• Common sense with excellent customer oriented skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills; both spoken and written
• Action oriented
• High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
• Excellent time and task management with ability to multitask
• Calm and assured manner with ability to deliver results under pressure
both as an individual and as part of a team
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
• Natural aptitude for technology
• Experience in customer support or call centre is a plus
