The primary purpose of this role is to plan, develop and support impactful customer briefings and events taking place in our Zebra Experience Centre (ZEC), both internal and external, that support Zebra’s business objectives. This position will include collaboration with sales, vertical marketing, product marketing, product management, system engineering, ZEC committee and others to plan and execute customer and partner briefings. This is a hands on position that will require a willingness to handle everything from managing bookings and tracking opportunity pipeline, providing briefing vision and direction, scheduling transportation and catering, ensuring ZEC equipment is charged and appropriate for the scheduled briefings, including AV equipment working. This is a highly visible position which requires professionalism and ability to interact with C-suite executives.

Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience such as event logistics/management.
