Fastrack Team is covering most demanding customers with tight SLA plus MLM nontechnical RMAs. The workload is constantly growing especially in the seasonal period for MLM and regular Fastrack customers.
Fastrack core responsibilities will include administering our repair system and providing support to our partners and customers, via email or phone. Agent will be also cooperating on a daily basis with other teams, courier companies, our international repair centre and managers responsible for the whole EMEA region. The ability to think out of the box will often come in handy. Sometimes agent will be meticulously putting bits of information together, other times he/she will need to make the best of multitasking abilities and be both quick and decisive. The service cut off time at 4:30PM will allow him/her to evaluate the whole daily work and reveal success and further opportunities
