    We're looking for a creative and industrious digital marketing and campaigns specialist to join our EMEA Digital Marketing Team, working with three other campaign managers delivering digital campaigns.     This role incorporates campaign architecture, analysis and measurement, in the context of a strong knowledge of Zebra’s customers and prospects buyer’s journey and channel preferences.   This  person will develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and will be familiar with digital marketing approaches and modern buying methods as well as demonstrsting the use of digital insight to improve marketing performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Project manages the delivery of inbound and outbound elements appropriate to the achievement of the plan goals
    • Creating enhanced efficiency in the development and execution of our campaigns
    • Measurement, reporting and communication on campaigns
    • Management of suppliers in relation to ongoing projects.
    • Sales enablement around the campaigns
    • Partners with global colleagues with development and delivery of global campaigns

    Qualifications

    • A great facilitator and project manager
    • Hands-on approach to project delivery with a ‘can do’ attitude
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation skills, practiced in consensus (win-win) management
    • Experience in the development of a campaign architecture: demonstrable, proven results of short and long term impact of campaigns.
    • Operational budget management experience
    • Strong collaboration and management skills, ability to work across many functions globally
    • Strong business acumen and sound business judgment, understanding of complex organizational structures and effective change management skills.
