  • Overview

    This highly visible commercial role plays a crucial part in providing the EMEA Leadership and Global Operations teams the sales revenue information they need. You will be the key point of contact for senior stakeholders to understand our high level regional sales performance; delivering them regular and adhoc reporting and powerpoint presentations including insights into business wins and challenges.

     

    You will be part of the EMEA Sales Operations team which supports the EMEA Sales organisation by delivering accurate and timely reporting as well as value added analysis. The team works closely and directly with EMEA Sales functions and other key operational functions (Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) on a regular basis to coordinate EMEA-wide Revenue Outlook analysis. 

    Responsibilities

    Key deliverables

    • Own the bi-weekly EMEA Sales Review (Outlook) preparation process end-to-end
    • Work closely with EMEA Sub-Regions in coordinating and consolidating their bi-weekly multi-quarter Revenue Outlook
    • Work closely with EMEA Supply Chain, Finance, and Distribution Management to roll up an accurate and timely total EMEA Revenue Outlook
    • Coordinate Outlook components of regular & ad-hoc Business Reviews and analytics, with emphasis on pipeline coverage, top deals, revenue trends as well as sub-regional Outlooks including Risks and Opportunities
    • Facilitate the sub-regional rollup of the annual EMEA Revenue Plan

    Qualifications

    • University graduate with proven experience in either a Financial Planning or Commercial Finance role
    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • OBIEE (Oracle BI) and SFDC (Salesforce) experience highly advantageous
    • Detailed oriented with an eye for any numbers that don’t look correct
    • Self-starter and comfortable working in an international and fast-moving matrix organisation
